Boilable high-temp vacuum bags ( Sous Vide ) are ideal for packaging food type items using snorkel or chamber vacuum packers. Temperature Tolerance: 100deg. Celsius - 212 deg.Fahrenheit at one hour boilable time. Poly nylon vacuum bags meet FDA and USDA requirements for food use applications. Our vacuum pouches provide excellent barrier properties from oxygen and moisture vapors which extends shelf life. Many heat sealable ready to use sizes available. Bags sizes are outside measurements which include a 1/2" seal on all three sides of bag.
