A 15% restock fee and freight charges will be charged on any cancelled orders and unauthorized return of merchandise
including orders not accepted upon delivery.
RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE
All returns must be pre-approved in advance. Returns are subject to
a 15% restocking fee. Special or custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
We are not responsible for excusable delays, nor shall the customer refuse
to accept delivery because of such delays. Excusable delays include delays resulting from inability to obtain merchandise
from manufacturers, delays by shipping company, or any other causes beyond our control.
Omnipak is not responsible for damaged product by common carriers or any
delivery type service.
Damaged product must be noted on bill of lading when delivery is made. Omnipak must be notified at time of delivery
to start the claim process.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for identical item only.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges for items purchased after 60 days of receipt.
