HOW TO ORDER
 
Orders can be phoned, faxed, or emailed to support@omnipak.com attention "customer service". Orders can be faxed in 24 hours a day.

Minimum order is $25.00.

We are open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Shipping/Receiving is closed between 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
 
TERMS OF SALE

We welcome your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Paying by credit card will expedite your order and avoid any additional fees.
Pay In Advance
Large orders or custom items will require advance payment by check or credit card.
 
OPEN ACCOUNT

Open accounts subject to credit approval with completed Omnipak credit application. Past due invoices will be charged 1.5% per month late charge. There will be a $25.00 dollar charge for returned checks.
 
SHIPPING

Local Only - Portland, Oregon metro area - All orders $350.00 and over will receive free delivery  to our regular local delivery zone.

All orders under $350.00 are FOB Omnipak, and orders shipping via Omnipak truck will incur a $20.00 fee. Minimum order for Omnipak truck delivery is $100.00. Small orders will be shipped FedEx at set rates based on weight.
 
ALL NON-LOCAL AREAS SERVING NORTH AMERICA

All orders are shipped FOB Omnipak Corporation. Large orders will be shipped common carrier only when applicable. Small orders will be shipped FedEx at set rates based on weight.
 
SHIPPING CLAIMS

We must be notified of any errors in shipping within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
 
CANCELLATIONS

A 15% restock fee and freight charges will be charged on any cancelled orders and unauthorized return of merchandise including orders not accepted upon delivery.
 
RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE

All returns must be pre-approved in advance. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special or custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
We are not responsible for excusable delays, nor shall the customer refuse to accept delivery because of such delays. Excusable delays include delays resulting from inability to obtain merchandise from manufacturers, delays by shipping company, or any other causes beyond our control.
 
Omnipak is not responsible for damaged product by common carriers or any delivery type service.

Damaged product must be noted on bill of lading when delivery is made. Omnipak must be notified at time of delivery to start the claim process.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for identical item only.
 
No refunds, returns, or exchanges for items purchased after 60 days of receipt.
